Back in August when the days were hot in Bend, Kayt and Marc were married at Tetherow Golf Club. It was actually the first wedding to be held at Bend’s newest luxury golf community, and I was thrilled to be covering it. The day of the wedding was beautiful and luckily it wasn’t too hot or windy. When Carissa and Gayle were thinking of possible locations to get married, Gayle recalled his fond memories of trips to Bend Oregon with his family and friends. I was first introduced to Bill and Lorchid by being a donator for the Glen Gives Auction, which Lorchid organizes. It’s a yearly charity auction hosted at the Awbrey Glen Golf Club. Last year was the first year I participated, in which I donated a couple of portrait sessions. Earlier this summer, Lorchid contacted me inquiring about portraits of her four granddaughters while they were in Bend for a visit during July. Kenzie and Jory met in college at the University of Washington in Seattle. They decided to get married in Bend Oregon at Awbrey Glen Golf Club. The decision was easy since Kenzie had been living with her Mom in Awbrey Glen, while she pursued her teaching degree at the OSU branch campus. Click on the image below to read more…
A couple of weeks ago Rebound Physical Therapy hired me to capture headshots of three newly hired acupuncturists. My wife, who is also an acupuncturist at Rebound, blazed the trail as the first one to bring eastern medicine to this physical therapy clinic. The combination of acupuncture and physical therapy has become a great success at Rebound. As a result the clinic hired three more practitioners to cover their westide, La Pine, Prineville, and southside clinics. So Jenny, the marketing director, needed current photos of the three to be included in brochures and on the rebound website. Thanks again Jenny, for the opportunity. And congrats to Lindsey, Almine, and Sandra for your new positions at Rebound. I wish you all success.
Angie and Kelly decided to exchange wedding vows at the Seventh Mountain Resort, located in Bend Oregon. The couple being from Eugene, wanted to escape the unpredictable western Oregon weather and have a small intimate wedding in sunny Central Oregon. Angie and Kelly were married on the Broken Top lawn in the shade of tall ponderosa pines, and surrounded by a small group of family and friends. The couple created an elegant and romantic event. Angie and Kelly were a very fun and easy going couple to work with. Their love and excitement for each other was easily captured by my camera lens. I had a wonderful time capturing their wedding day as they celebrated with close family and friends. Congratulations Angie and Kelly, I wish you all the best. In early June, I shot photos for Rebound Physical Therapy of two Bend athletes while they received sports therapy treatments.
A couple of weeks ago, on June 6th, I had the opportunity to capture Craig and Jaelithe’s beautiful wedding. They were married at the picturesque Ainsworth House in Oregon City. It rained hard in the morning and the couple worried that the late afternoon ceremony would have to be moved indooors. Fortunately, as the day progressed….
On May 5th, I had the opportunity to shoot more brochure photos for Rebound Physical Therapy. Rebound is adding two new specialized therapy programs to their extensive list of treatment options. As before these images were shot on the documentary side, which will help to further inform potential clients when they read the broshures. |
